Lampshade making workshop

Duration: 2hrs.

Saturday evenings 5-7pm

Location: Coastal Art and Homewares, South Street, Woolacombe. EX347BB

During this workshop you will be making your own 30cm diameter lampshade for either the ceiling or for a lamp.

Using my own design fabrics or material of your choice you will prepare the fabric, hand roll and hand finish your own lampshade to take home with you.

If you wish to supply your own fabric, it will need to measure a minimum of 1m x 25cm.

Maximum of 4 per session. Minimum of 2 needed to go ahead. Under 16's must be accompanied by a partaking adult!

Relaxed and informal beginners class.

All materials and equipment supplied:

Material minimum size 1m x 25cm, Ironing station, scissors, lampshade rings, double sided tape, fabric tape, shade lining and a finishing tool.
